Pull Checklist provides comprehensive audit logging to help you track all activities and changes within your pull requests and checklists.
Types of Audit Logs
Pull Request Audit Log
The Pull Request Audit Log tracks all checklist-related activities within your pull requests. Each entry includes:
- Check Event Creation Time
- Organization Details
- Organization name
- Repository name
- Pull Request Information
- PR title
- PR link
- PR ID and number
- PR state (open/closed/merged)
- Checklist Details
- Checklist Comment ID
- Group title
- Check copy
- Check state
- Author information
Activity Log Report
The Activity Log Report provides a broader view of all user activities within Pull Checklist. Each entry contains:
- Activity Time
- User Information
- GitHub ID
- Handle
- Action Details
- Action type
- Activity type
- Before/After states
- Context
- Organization name
- Domain (repository name)
- Entity type
- Entity description
Accessing Audit Logs
- Navigate to the Audit Reports section
- Choose between:
- Pull Request Audit Log
- Activity Log Report
- Use the date range selectors to filter the data
- View the data in the interactive table
Downloading Reports
You can export audit logs as CSV files:
- Select your desired date range
- Click "Download CSV"
- The report will be emailed to you shortly
CSV Export Fields
Pull Request Audit exports include detailed information such as:
- Pull request metadata
- Branch information
- Commit details
- Review status
- Checklist completion status
- Timestamps for all events
Access Control
Audit logs access is restricted based on user permissions:
- Administrators have full access
- Regular users may have limited access based on organization settings
- Some organizations may have special access rules
Data Retention
Audit logs are retained according to your organization's settings and compliance requirements. The data includes:
- All pull request activities
- User actions
- System events
- Configuration changes

When working with audit logs:
